OMBRE
Ombre hair has grown hugely popular in recent years. Traditionally, it features darker roots that gradually fade into lighter ends, but it can be any smooth blend from one shade to another. The trend gained attention in 2007 when Gisele Bündchen showcased dark roots with blonde ends on the runway. Since then, variations like reverse ombre and subtle blends on shorter hair have emerged. Balayage is often mistaken for ombre, but they’re actually different.
